PAYMENT  POLICY

A Legal Disclaimer

At A Touch of Art, Paint, and Textures, we aim to make our process transparent and straightforward. Our workflow and payment structures are as follows:

  • Consultation

    • Every project begins with a consultation where we discuss the scope, estimated timeline, and cost.

  • Sample Phase

    • Before starting the full project, we create live samples for you to see and experience the look and feel in your space.

    • A $100 deposit is required to cover the creation of these samples. If the sample is approved then the credit will go towards ur balance. If we create a samples and the job doesn't move forward then the deposit goes towards the materials used for the sample creation. 

  • Project Payment

    • Once the sample is approved and the project schedule is booked:

      • 50% of the total project cost is required upfront. This covers materials, staff, and labor.

      • The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the project. You have a window of two weeks after the completion of the job to pay off your outstanding balance. 

      • We  DO NOT start jobs without 50% upfront.
