1. Refund & Damage Policy

   • All sales and services are final. 

   • At A Touch of Art, Paint, and Textures, all services are final and non-refundable. Our work is service-based, and once a project is completed according to the agreed-upon briefing and approved samples, payment reflects the final result.

   • We do not offer refunds if you change your mind after the work has been completed. Samples are provided prior to starting the job to ensure client approval and satisfaction.

   • If the work is damaged after completion, we are happy to repair or fix it; however, additional charges may apply depending on the nature of the repair. Any work beyond the agreed-upon scope or final deliverable will also be subject to additional fees.​
